CMP Pumping Promotes Paul Blackwell to Dispatch Manager

Blackwell's new role entails managing our dispatch team and dispatch services throughout all of our markets, along with overseeing invoicing, permitting, and daily office operations.

Blackwell has worked for CMP for over six years in sales, dispatch, and now as dispatch manager. "Being the dispatch manager allows me to speak to our partners on a regular basis and gives the satisfaction of knowing the right pump and operator is assigned to the correct job," says Blackwell. "It is also crucial to ensure proper safety measures are considered to get everyone home safely at the end of the day."

Blackwell has been in the concrete business for over 20 years. With his transition to dispatch manager, he is making quick, appropriate decisions to satisfy the demands of the ever-changing construction industry.
