Cement truck overturns in Agat

Jun 28, 2023

HEAVY LIFTING: Hawaiian Rock Products personnel used heavy equipment in an attempt to lift an overturned cement mixer truck out of a hole Friday afternoon along Route 2 near the War in the Pacific National Historical Park in Agat. Hawaiian Rock officials believe the truck had fallen into a sink hole, but that has yet to be confirmed pending further investigation. Company officials told The Guam Daily Post that the truck was part of an ongoing Guam Waterworks Authority sewer line project, and was on site delivering concrete.
